|Recommended: YesA Beautiful Community With Great Amenities And A Friendly Staff. — Pinebrook is a quiet, beautiful community. The apartment is spacious and well-kept. The grounds are spacious and the community has many great amenities. The staff has been friendly and helpful in everything we needed, and maintenance was kind and easy to work with as well.

|Recommended: YesI Love The Spaciousness Of The Apartment, Friendliness Of Staff, And Peaceful Community. — I think that living at Pinebrook is a great start to having an apartment with everything you need. The grounds are well kept and enjoyable. The hot tub was closed when I first got here but that was due to renovations which is expected. I haven't worked with the maintenance staff yet, but I know they keep up with everything well. When we first moved in we had a couple of big things to be fixed like a mirror and the towel rod and the staff in the office helped us to take care of everything. We really like living here so far and would recommend it to a friend

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I would like to personally thank the Maintenance crews for their diligence in maintaining the walkways clear of snow during the storms we have had. I week ago I broke my leg and ankle at work walking on pathways that had not been maintained.. Walking to my car every day makes me sensitive to any uneven walkway.. Thank you from a very appreciative tenement..
Also a thank you to ALL the office personnel is offered.

|Recommended: YesOverall Good — It’s a fine complex, office staff and in unit apartment amenities are nice. However, have not been able to utilize complex amenities that were promised due to on going construction. Also, neighbors have children that we constantly hear and they literally shake our apartment quite easily.
