|Recommended: YesIt’s Comfortable — Other than not being able to find parking like 70 of the time when you have more than one car given one car port per unit . There isn’t many uncovered parking spaces close to our building. But we’re happy, it’s been really nice living here. I’m excited for the fitness center to open as soon as construction is done.

|Recommended: YesIts A Good First Place To Live. — Been here almost two months and none of the resident amenities are available, especially the laundry facility. Overall, a decent place to live with great staff.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place Just Loud Neighbors. — It's a lovely place, we have a pool being built, wonderful landscaping. Only problem is our Neighbors. They are constantly pounding around upstairs, you can hear their conversations super clear and it makes it hard to sleep sometimes. Sounds like they are constantly moving a washer and dryer around. |Recommended: YesThe Stay Has Been Great — I love my location poof my apartment. The neighbors don’t bother us with noise, it’s quiet, its a great location for shopping. The only few complaints are... People don’t park in correct locations, its a narrow parking lot and can be really hard to get in and out and last but not least, the golf carts are always parking in the parking stalls and when there is limited parking, I have to park on the clear other side of the apartments and take others parking because of the employees golf cart...

|Recommended: NoStaff Is Nice, But Apartment In Falling Apart. — We pay a good amount of money to live at these apartments, but it seems like every day I find another thing broken or breaking down in my apartment. When looking at Pinebrook I was excited to see there was going to be a pool and a gym. We haven't been able to use either one. I understand the gym because of corona but we were told that the pool was aiming to be done in August. It's now October and it looks exactly like when I moved in in June.

|Recommended: YesIt Is Modern And Clean — It's very nice living here, the property is maintained well and regularly updated. It smelled like we got new carpet just before we moved in, and they're currently renovating the pool. It's nice and quiet nearly all the time, and the office often does little events that we and the other residents can participate in.

|Recommended: YesElegant, Clean, Well Maintained Apartments — My wife and I lived here for a year and enjoyed our time. Unfortunately we lived during a time maintenance was being done on the amenities and we were unable to use them. Aside from that we enjoyed our time here.
