|Recommended: YesBest Place To Live At Either As A Bachelor Or As A Family. — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. After my lease ended, I didn't want to move out to a new apartment instead took another apartment in the same complex with roommates. That's how much I Iike living here. Service is great, very quick to respond to any maintenance requests, views from apartments are great, etc.,

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Great — I've only been here for 2 days, but I love it so far. The ladies in the office are extremely friendly and so helpful. Needed someone to come and plug my stove in and he was there maybe 10-15 min after my request. Everything in the apartment is practically new and so nice. My neighbors and some people I've walked by are all so friendly. I'm excited to be living here and feel so welcomed.

|Recommended: YesMy husband and I have lived here since January 2018. Rent has gone up dramatically since then, but so has also housing prices. It's nothing out of what's already expected for the area. When we first moved in 3 yrs ago we were shocked by how thick the walls are. I'm not saying you can't still hear noise. You most certainly can hear normal city noise from cars zooming by outside, but we haven't heard our neighbors unless they either blasted music loud enough to shake the whole complex or there's usual construction on an apartment after someone moves out. By and large this is a very quiet community. We've seen our neighbors next to us and below us change a few times over the years. For the most part, our neighbors have all been kind. It's only more recently with newer tenants that there's been issues, but management has been good as dealing with it. Maintenance is also super fast Same day day repairs I love it Of course, I also don't call until an appliance stops working altogether.

|Recommended: YesPros And Cons, But I'm Really Glad To Live Here. — The good There are some amazing people here. The landscaping, pool, and playground area are really nice other than the dog poo , and I enjoy living here. We've made some really good friends with some of our neighbors, and it's generally pretty quiet, which I very much like. The utilities are pretty affordable, and the internet is faster than I'm used to granted, I'm paying a little for that .
The apartment was pretty well kept when we moved in, and the appliances are fairly new and nice. our interactions with management have been mostly positive as have our interactions with maintenance and compared to the last place we lived, have been much better.
The location is great, being north of the busy part of Ogden, but close to pretty well anything you could want. I have a 10 minute drive to work, a quick jog across the street to the bank or Walmart, and I can get to some great restaurants downtown in about 30 minutes.
The bad They recently jumped the rent about twice what I expected. It's a nice place, but it's not that nice. That kinda sucked... but with housing prices, I can't be too surprised.
When we moved in, we had to have them come clean the carpet.... we would walk and dog hair would come out of the carpet and my feet would turn black. My allergies were going crazy. There's no way they cleaned the carpets before we moved in. There's also dog hair caught in the paint in our bathroom, which is pretty gross. They must not have cleaned the walls before we moved in... just slapped a new coat of paint over it. And, speaking of dogs.... there's ALWAYS dog poo all over the place. The dogs are pretty nice though.
I was a tad disappointed in one of the maintenance jobs recently... I slipped coming out of the shower and pulled the shower rod out of the wall. They patched it, but didn't bother repainting or anything. It works fine and doesn't bother me, but it seems sub-par to me for the amount of rent we pay.
The Ugly We often smell marajuana smoke in our apartment, with windows and doors shut. That's not cool, especially considering we're expecting a baby in a month or two. In their defense, I haven't reached out to management to try to resolve it yet, but it's nasty. We also hear the downstairs neighbors sometimes when they party, but I know that management has been working on that to prevent it. We've heard them much less lately than when we first moved in a year ago.
So, general takeaways Get a unit that hasn't had pets unless you have pets, then you do you . Make sure they clean the carpets before you move in. And get ready to meet some great people Cause they're all around here.
