|Recommended: Yes5 Stars All Around — I love how available the staff is. It makes for quick solutions to any problems there may be. I also never hear my neighbors through the walls which has been much different at other complexes. It’s nice and quiet, but the people you do see are very friendly

|Recommended: YesEverything Fantastic Except Parking — Pinebrook is overall really great with the friendly staff, cleanliness, and noise levels. My only gripe is the parking situation, made worse when half of the open spots became restricted with a premium parking requirement. Coming home on a Sunday night makes it nigh impossible to find a spot now that I can't park in half the spots without paying a premium.

|Recommended: YesOverall Nice Apartment Complex — I know the grounds keepers do a good job to make the place look nice and this isn’t Pinebrook’s fault, however there are a lot of tenants that don’t pick up after their dogs which is frustrating. There’s not a whole lot you can do about it unfortunately. Having dogs myself this is a really nice complex with a lot of green space and walking access which is very important to me. I feel there are not a lot of options in the Ogden area with this amenity. They recently updated some aspects of the apartments and the pool area is very nice The concern that I do have is the recent rent increase. If rent continues to go up each year, I will not be able to afford to live here and will have to look elsewhere. I’ve only had one work order to put in since I’ve lived here and they responded to me very quickly which was very appreciated. I can’t really comment on parking availability because I have a covered spot that is reserved. Sometimes the staff don’t respond to my emails and sometimes they do. Overall the staff are very friendly. They do have card-op laundry on site but it’s not in unit unfortunately.

|Recommended: NoNo Choice — No complaints, really, other than the increase in rent. I find this to be unfair, considering the current economic crisis. We are paying 300.00 a month more but our income remains the same. I blame democrats. As far as the noise rating goes if there was a negative score I would use it. I know that the noise from the street is not in your control but I would think that you would occasionally ask the local police to patrol the area for the assholes that like to race their cars and rev them up at 0200 in the morning. We are sad to see that you would not recommend our complex. When we raise rents we take the market into consideration and stay competitive with the market. We are still lower than a lot of our competition. Unfortunately, there is not a lot we can do about the noise on Washington Blvd. That is a main road and there is only so much the local police can do about the noise.
