|Recommended: YesWe Love Living Here — I have loved living at Pinebrook so far..My apartment is awesome and I barely hear any noise from outside or other apartments.The staff has been more than amazing while getting through all the lease paperwork and requirements. I had an issue with he bathtub when I first moved in and it was fixed within a couple hours of when I notified management of the issue. I would've given all 5 stars except I think the Laundry facilities need some fixing up...

|Recommended: YesBest Location For New Out Of State Residents — The staff was really easy to work with via email phone especially from another state. This location is ideal for someone from out of state as there is so much close by post office, lowes, walmart groceries . The grounds are very well kept especially when it snows. The parking is sufficient, very well though out accessible. Most people are very quite in this complex. There are a lot of dogs that are very well behaved I hardly hear barking people do clean up after their pets. The online app is a bit tedious but worth it. You can hear street racing at night on the west end of the complex. Cell service sucks really bad with TMO I'm not the only one. This is a review of after 3 months.

The property is lovely, very well maintained. The maintenance staff have always been there to attend to any problems that have occurred in my apartment in a timely and friendly manner. Pinebrook is a great place to call home.

|Recommended: YesReally Close To Prefect — the community is really nice and the staff are always on the ball. parking is a hit or miss after 3pm. you can barley hear your neighbors on the sides of you. but you can hear every little thing above you. the ceiling are so thin I can hear a spoon drop up stairs. the upgrades to the apartments are nice but a little unfinished. it feels like they cut corners on the floors. there are parts where it's really small and easy to cover but the carpets and flooring are not cut to the walls and you can see the pads under them. the laundry room and kitchen floor isn't fully even so there is dips. I dont mind them i genuinely really like this place. but maybe going forward with The remolded units they do have a better quality check after the units are completed

|Recommended: YesRecycling Should Be Available — Will Pinebrook ever introduce recycling on the property It's a shame to see so much waste, which could be sorted into recycling bins, piled up in the trash. Pinebrook is a nice property, but recycling should be available to make it first-rate.
